How does this meditation work?

Meditation on Twin Hearts is a metta, or loving-kindness, guided meditation structured after the Prayer of St. Francis. It has a powerful self-healing effect, at the same time, offering tremendous amount of world service.

The crown is the center for divine love and can only be activated when the heart is sufficiently activated, which is the center for human love. The Meditation of Twin Hearts is a noble tool that raises one’s vibrations toward higher states of awareness and expanded levels of consciousness.

When the crown is activated, lots of divine energy enters the body. It falls like a huge waterfall which benefits us in numerous ways. Our aura gets cleansed and brightened and our heart and crown become activated and transformed. Our sensitivity, our healing ability and our intuition improves. This meditation is also a great service to the world as it increases peace, harmony and healing.
